You’ll drive supplier oversight, support inspections, guide documentation, and uphold strong GxP practices. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing key quality decisions, you’ll help keep our supply chain reliable and audit‑ready. ### **About the Role** **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure quality and compliance oversight across all supplier-related activities and materials. - Act as Subject Matter Expert during customer and Health Authority inspections. - Assess supplier-related quality issues and initiate appropriate quality actions. - Approve QA agreements, risk assessments, monitoring data, and certification reports. - Author SOPs supporting supplier quality management processes. - Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier quality standards. - Perform GAP assessments to implement and maintain global standards and GMP compliance. **Essential Requirements** - Experience in Quality Assurance, supplier quality, compliance, or other regulated quality environments. - Proven ability to manage supplier-related quality processes and quality documentation. - Experience preparing for and participating in customer and authority inspections. - Strong decision-making skills, especially when handling complex quality issues. - Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured working approach. - Fluency in German and English. **You’ll** **receive:** You can find everything you need to know about our benefits and rewards in the Novartis Life Handbook. https://www.novartis.com/careers/benefits-rewards In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group.
