**We’re Hiring: Deskside Support Engineer – Level 2 | Vienna, Austria (Full-Time)**
Looking for an experienced
**L2 Deskside Support Engineer**
to join our IT Support team in Vienna!
You’ll handle escalated technical issues, lead troubleshooting, and support enterprise systems.

**Mandatory Skills:**
- 3–5 years in Deskside / IT Support roles DSSL2
- Strong expertise in
**Windows OS, macOS, Active Directory, Office 365**
DSSL2
- Hands-on experience with
**SCCM, Intune, JAMF**
or similar endpoint tools DSSL2
- Knowledge of
**networking fundamentals**
& enterprise application troubleshooting DSSL2
- Experience with
**ticketing systems**
like ServiceNow / Jira DSSL2

**Nice-to-Haves:**
- ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop certifications DSSL2
- Experience supporting system upgrades, migrations & deployments

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve L2 escalations & perform root-cause analysis
- Manage devices, user profiles, permissions & GPOs
- Collaborate with infra/network/app teams
- Improve processes & maintain documentation
