The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, uphold retail standards, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing sales reports, enforcing store policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
