Senior System Engineer

Job Description and Requirement: Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022); manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI; patch management and OS lifecycle compliance.  Hybrid & Cloud Integration: Manage workloads in Azure/AWS; implement Azure AD Connect, conditional access, identity federation; support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Networking: Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall rules; work with SD-WAN and VPN configurations. Security & Compliance: Apply hardening standards, vulnerability remediation, encryption policies; integrate with PAM solutions for privileged access. Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting; support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). Monitoring & Performance: Use tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, Azure Monitor for observability; conduct capacity planning and performance tuning. Disaster Recovery & Backup: Implement replication strategies, offsite vaulting; validate DR plans and execute failover tests.
