**About the job** As part of KuCoin EU's commitment to expanding our brand presence in regulated European markets, you will join us as a Senior Marketing Expert (f/m/d) remotely in Europe, working with our local team in Vienna.In this role, you will drive KuCoin's visibility across the European Union by developing market-specific campaigns, managing localized social media and community content and events, and coordinating user acquisition campaigns. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives are adapted to local market dynamics and fully aligned with MiCAR and other regulatory requirements.You will work closely with our marketing, PR, compliance, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with both retail and institutional audiences. **Working at KuCoin EU** Work with a team at the heart of it. You bring 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or digital campaigns (preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech). You have proven experience managing social media channels, building online and offline communities and executing dedicated user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. You understand EU market trends and are familiar with MiCA or other crypto regulatory frameworks. You are skiled in coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and working with global teams. You think analytically, track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement), and make data-driven decisions. You communicate clearly, adapt content to different audiences, and are fluent in English (German or another European language is a plus).
