MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates inclusivity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence. **Responsibilities** MathWorks Application Engineers function as Technical Liaisons and work directly with our Regional Sales Teams, responsibilities include: - Participating as a technical/product/workflow expert in sales & services activities with MathWorks customers. - Partnering with Mathworks Sales, Marketing, and Field support teams; analysing & sharing new opportunities, customer feedback, and market trend data - Understanding customer requirements and engineering challenges, and demonstrating scalable and cost-efficient technical computing solutions - Developing networks with MathWorks Product Development teams, sharing learned experiences, and propose feedback for enhancements or features in MATLAB and Simulink - Attending regional research and industry events and presenting MATLAB & Simulink capabilities and user stories **Minimum Qualifications** - A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required. **Additional Qualifications** - Fluent English and German (CEFR level C1) are both required - Experience with modern software engineering practices for large-scale technical computing systems including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration - Commercial customer facing, pre-sales, solution/systems engineering experience is key - Willingness to travel max. 10% Quelle: https://ch.linkedin.com/jobs/view/senior-application-engineer-technical-computing-at-mathworks-4331755192
