This role offers hands-on exposure to both field operations and office-based retail support in an international environment. 📍 **Location:** Lugano, Switzerland ⏱ **Duration:** 6-month internship 🕒 **Working hours:** 40 hours per week **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** · Conduct in-store visits for training, observation, and operational support. · Provide administrative support to the office team, including documentation and coordination tasks. · Assist with the daily coordination of retail operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow among teams. · Contribute to the creation of digital training content, such as guides, presentations, and learning materials. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing retail projects. **Required Skills & Qualifications** ·  Strong communication skills in **English and** **German.** Knowledge of **Italian** is *a plus* , especially for store interactions. ·  Interest in retail operations, training content creation, and consumer technology. ·  Ability to adapt quickly, learn proactively, and work in a dynamic environment. · Willingness to travel **occasionally** for scheduled store visits (all travel expenses covered by the company). · **Eligible to work in Switzerland** (valid work authorization or student internship eligibility). **What We Offer** · Hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment. · Exposure to both field and office operations. · Opportunity to contribute creatively to training and operational initiatives. · A collaborative, tech-driven workplace where your ideas are valued.
