***S* enior Requirements Engineer - 6 - 12 Month Contract** We are partnering with a global manufacturing company on a strategic initiative to harmonize product range requirements across multiple mechatronic products and software platforms. This project involves migrating requirements, consolidating conflicting and unclear requirements, and creating a clean, unified structure. **Your Role** As a Senior Requirements Engineer, you will: - Assist the global product requirements engineering team in elicitation, definition, and consolidation of requirements using Codebeamer. - Analyze overlaps and differences across requirements, consolidate and minimize redundancies. - Accurately articulate requirements while considering change impacts and managing stakeholders. - Apply a consulting mindset and strong analytical thinking to deliver clarity and structure. - Support migration from Jira to Codebeamer and ensure consistency across platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Elicit and define requirements from global stakeholders. - Consolidate and harmonize requirements across hardware and software domains. - Create modular and scalable designs using UML diagrams. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations. **Experience:** - 5-8 years at stakeholder/system requirements level. - Consulting mindset & independent thinking. - Interdisciplinary stakeholder management. - Proficient in UML diagrams and modular design principles. *\*\*Please note, only those with a EU passport, or the rights to work in Switzerland can be considered.* Quelle: https://ch.linkedin.com/jobs/view/requirements-engineer-at-epm-scientific-4343006893
