Ruth is based on an innovative methodology and aims to make unbiased and autonomous HR decisions. With the help of data science and validated psychometric tests, this tool can significantly simplify and expedite the process of selecting the most suitable candidate and guarantee that the selected candidate truly fits into the team and is likely to stay with the organization for a long time. We're developing an innovative product with implications for the recruitment market and are currently searching for a person with strong background in recruitment and psychology to join our team in the position: **Recruitment Analyst** A person in this position will join our R&D team and participate in the development of Ruth’s matching algorithm. While we’re based in Graz, we highly value a remote work setup. **Requirements** : - **University degree in psychology** - **Proven experience in recruitment and psychological assessment** - Professional interest in differential psychology and psychometrics - Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) for data analysis is desirable - Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing is desirable - Basic understanding of machine learning principles is desirable - Proficiency in English **What’s it like to work with us?** Startups move quickly.
