We've worked with **over 100 education brands in 26 countries** and our goal is to become THE agency that the education niche comes to when they want to scale with Paid Ads. 🚀 We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Manager (full-time)** to join our growing team. ❌ **APPLICATIONS VIA LINKEDIN WON’T BE PROCESSED** ❌ **Please submit your application with the following link:** https://33352ott5w6.typeform.com/to/EDangYd5 **\*Please note: Applications without a Loom video won't be considered.\*** **What you'll be working on:** 🧙 Together with our Head of Growth, you'll be responsible for the **planning and conception of our clients' Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn & YouTube ads** and for taking their campaign performance to the next level. 🧠 You'll **fully understand client goals, their offer and target audience,** add your strategic flair, and ensure that we are hitting the KPIs we set. 👀 You will analyse and optimise ads to get more performance out of your campaigns to **continually lower CPL & CPA, increase ROAS and ensure the quality of leads coming in.** 🎨 You'll **collaborate with our Creative Team** to analyse performance data, refining creative briefs to ensure that we identify and scale winning creatives. ⭐️ You'll always **stay "on top of your game"** when it comes to new best practices, media buying strategies, algorithm updates and can continue to grow through courses and further education. **What we're looking for:** 👨‍💻 At least 3-4 years experience managing and scaling Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn Ads. ⌨️ Solid understanding of measuring campaign performance and setting up tracking. 🎨 Good understanding of creative strategy & how it affects campaign performance. 📐 Strong knowledge of sales & marketing funnels. 🤩 Enthusiastic, kind, sociable, articulate & confident. 👀 Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of launching campaigns. 💪 You're not married to your ideas and open to criticism and to grow & learn together. 💌 You're an excellent communicator.
