Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google) – E-Commerce Fashion

To strengthen our e-commerce growth, we are looking for an experienced **Performance Marketing Manager** to own and develop our paid media activities across Meta and Google. Your Role You will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for multiple fashion brands with different identities and target groups. **Your responsibilities** - Own and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX) - Plan and allocate budgets across three e-commerce brands - Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, MER and contribution margin - Work closely with e-commerce, content and creative teams - Brief external partners (freelancers or agencies) when needed - Ensure clean tracking and performance reporting (GA4, Meta, Shopify) - Test and scale campaigns while respecting brand values and tone of voice Your Profile - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce - Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads - Solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce KPIs - Experience working with multiple brands or accounts is a plus - Structured, analytical and proactive mindset - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Experience in fashion, lifestyle or sustainability-driven brands is a plus What We Offer - High level of responsibility and ownership - Work with meaningful, value-driven fashion brands - Remote-friendly setup (EU-based) or location in Austria (Salzburg or Wörgl) - Flexible working hours - Competitive salary depending on experience - Long-term perspective in a growing group **Interested?** **Please send your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note about your experience in paid media to:** - **kathrin@goodfashion.group** Quelle: https://at.linkedin.com/jobs/view/performance-marketing-manager-meta-google-%E2%80%93-e-commerce-fashion-at-goodfashion-group-4351921109
