The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage supply chain and logistics, ensure adherence to environmental and quality standards, and coordinate with various teams to streamline processes. They will also optimize operational efficiency, oversee resource allocation, and monitor key performance metrics to meet organizational goals. **Qualifications** - Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and foster collaboration. - Operational oversight skills, including supply chain, logistics, and resource management expertise. - Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management, with a focus on hygienic technologies and eco-friendly solutions. - Proficiency in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and process improvement strategies. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in business management software and tools; experience managing budgets is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field; relevant professional experience is highly valued. - Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
