Result of Service Timely provision of IT services and IT support as described, including: a-Facilitated the setup of all IT equipment at the meeting venue (CICG), as per instructions, with all devices functional and operational for use by staff and delegates. b. Temporary network infrastructure required for the meetings in CICG is configured and fully functional. c. IT equipment is maintained and kept in working condition thought the meetings at the venue. d. Successfully provided support, in a timely manner, to staff and delegates with regards to IT related issues e. Facilitated the dismantling and repackaging of all IT equipment per instructions, ready to be dispatched by transportation company. f. Kept the intranet platform functional and up to date.
