From a secret boutique shopping Experience with a gemmologist to wine-tasting with an expert sommelier, LocalBini.com features authentic city Experiences people can book based on their interests (e.g. art, architecture, foodie, nightlife, history, etc.). **INTERNSHIP IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT** *(80% to 100%, on-site in St. Gallen)* *Start by agreement (latest February 2026) · Duration: 6 to 12 months · Voluntary/unpaid* Join our **Community Growth Team (CGT) -** the backbone of our success. You will support our key team member in finding the right Locals and guiding them through onboarding, while also gaining exposure to our day-to-day operations. **YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (≈60%)** - **Source & Recruit Locals:** Build talent pipelines for our *Originals* and *Youniq* categories. - **Outreach & Screening:** Craft engaging outreach messages, run screening calls, and assess fit. - **Onboarding Support:** Guide new Locals through every onboarding step to ensure a smooth start. - **Tools, Data & KPIs:** Keep databases current, track key metrics, and report progress to the CGT lead. - **Creative Sourcing:** Leverage social media and other channels to spot and attract standout personalities. **OPERATIONS EXPOSURE (≈40%)** To understand the full customer journey, you will also support HQ/Operations tasks (e.g. Zendesk tickets, booking processing, satisfaction calls). **ABOUT YOU** - Organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent; you enjoy connecting with diverse personalities. - Bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience (HR/recruiting/community building is a plus). - Proficient in English; German **or** French is a plus. **WE OFFER** - A voluntary, unpaid internship (minimum 6 months), fully on-site in St. Gallen. - A helicopter perspective on how to run and scale a startup. - Close mentoring and real ownership from day one in an international team. **HOW TO APPLY** Please email your **CV** , **academic records** , and **references** as per guidelines on our career website.
