He/she leads and ensures a level of performance and maturity of the safety, environment, quality, and sustainability management system through a practical and results-oriented approach. Qualifications/Experiences - An engineering degree or Master degree level with an EHS specialty; - A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in EHS management; - A strong leadership to lead and deploy the transformation programs; - A successful experience in an industrial / construction environment with proven experiences in driving the transformation of organizations about culture in health and safety; - An appetite for communication, training and health topics; - Proficient in German and English is mandatory, speaking French is a plus.
