This is a high-impact position that requires a deep understanding of local linguistic nuances and market-specific context. **Your Role** - Policy Enforcement: Review user-generated content (text, images, media) to ensure it aligns with strict platform policies and legal requirements. - Accuracy & Quality: Maintain high levels of precision and attention to detail while meeting established quality and latency metrics. - Incident Escalation: Identify and escalate sensitive content or complex issues according to internal protocols. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving content moderation guidelines, safety policies, and local regulations. - Peak Adaptation: Support content safety during promotional season peaks and across various media formats. - Schedule: Full-time role with 24/7 rotational shifts and two rotational days off per week. **Your Qualifications** - Languages: Native-level fluency specifically in Austrian German (C2/Native).
