Full Stack Engineer

**About the Role** Remote - based in **European timezones** We’re looking for a **Full Stack Developer** who’s excited by the idea of building technology that influences real human behaviour. You’ll help architect and build scalable, cross-platform applications that bring our behavioural engine to life — combining cloud-native infrastructure with gamified, data-driven user experiences. If you thrive in a startup environment, love to experiment, and get satisfaction from seeing ideas move from whiteboard to production, you’ll fit right in. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using **React Native** . - Architect and implement AWS services ( **Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM, CloudFront** ) for backend functionality and cloud integration. - Develop infrastructure as code using **Terraform** and **AWS CDK** for scalable, automated deployments. - Build and integrate **smart contracts with Solidity** and **Web3** frameworks. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-friendly, high-performance apps. - Implement **CI/CD pipelines** with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline. - Ensure application **security, compliance, and performance optimization** . - Troubleshoot and resolve production and staging issues quickly and effectively. - Stay up to date with **AWS advancements, mobile development trends, and Web3 innovations** . **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **5+ years** of experience in full stack or mobile application development. - Strong proficiency in **React Native** with a proven track record of shipping apps. - Hands-on experience with **AWS services** (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, EC2, IAM, CloudFront). - Strong knowledge of **TypeScript / JavaScript** and modern front-end frameworks. - Experience with **state management** libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API). - Understanding of **RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets** . - Proficiency in **Terraform** and/or **AWS CDK** . - Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and automation tools. - Strong grasp of **security best practices, performance optimization, and debugging** . - Experience with **testing frameworks** (Jest, Detox, Appium). - Knowledge of **Agile development practices** . **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **Solidity, Web3.js, or Ethers.js** . - Knowledge of **native Android (Kotlin/Java)** or **iOS (Swift/Objective-C)** development. - Familiarity with **Firebase, AWS AppSync, or AWS Amplify** . - Exposure to **Docker/Kubernetes** and containerized environments. - Experience with **App Store and Play Store deployments** . • Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
