Frontend Developer

Diaxxo AG is a Zurich-based MedTech startup revolutionizing molecular diagnostics with a compact, all-in-one rapid PCR testing platform. Our technology enables sample-to-result testing in under 60 minutes - without requiring labs or trained personnel. What makes us unique: - Patented rapid PCR and extraction system - Cost-effective cartridges enabling 8–16 tests per run - Used in veterinary diagnostics and many R&D fields - Partnered with major market players - Active projects in Switzerland, Europe, Africa We are looking for a Frontend Developer (React) to join our team and help take our product from MVP to a production-ready system. - Remote-only position - Workload: 60–100% - Start date: September or by mutual agreement **Your tasks** - Refactor and maintain the Flask API - Develop and maintain the frontend of our web-based interface using React - Ensure responsive and intuitive UI/UX design across different devices - Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and device systems - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and the development of internal APIs - Write test suites to ensure system stability **Requirements** - Fluent English - Basic Linux knowledge (e.g., bash commands, file system structure, user permissions) - Experience with Flask - Familiarity with React and Docker - Time zone similar to Zürich - Computer Science BSc or a solid understanding of modern software development paradigms (e.g., forks/threads, CPU architecture, SOLID principles) **How to Apply** 1.
