We are looking for a Financial Controller to expand our team in Selegroven AG, Division Mondarom in Bironico. We are a developer and producer of flavors for the confectionery business and supply flavors all over the world for brands like Mentos, Chupa Chups, Vigorsol and many more. **Job:** As Financial Controller you will be responsible for all finance for the company: account payable, account receivables, general ledger, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. You will be the finance business partner of the Plant manager being a foundation for the business’ decision-making process. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensuring accuracy of financial statements in line with local accounting standards - Overseeing all financial planning and analysis - Forecasting future performance - Being a reliable finance business partner **Main day to day activities** Collaborating with managers to develop budgets for the business, and monitoring actual performance versus budget and report variances to management. - Standard costing. - Performing accurate and timely period closing process. - Process invoicing, payments and payroll activities. - Working closely with departments across the organization, as well as external parties such as vendors, consultants, customers, auditors. - Developing financial models and cash flow projections. - Analyzing financial results each month to prepare monthly reports for the management team, Business unit Board and Group Board as well year-end financial statements. - Driving standardization and digitalization within factory accounting, reconciliation, master data management, reporting to management and many others. **What we offer:** A fun, nice, healthy working environment with a great team, good benefits and the opportunity to develop yourself. **What we require:** Finance and/or accounting background, experience, education. Knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS ***Fluent in Italian and English is a must***, as you will be in contact with companies all over the world by email and phone. German is an advantage. Top computer skills and experienced in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A great communicator. Continuous Improvement mindset. Project Management Skills.
