**About Enery**
At Enery, we’re powering the future…literally.
We are an independent renewable energy provider dedicated to delivering reliable, affordable, and long-term green energy to our customers. With a diversified green fleet currently generating nearly 700 GWh of clean electricity from 490 MW of installed capacity, enough to power 277,706 households, Enery is at the forefront of driving Central and Eastern Europe’s transition to sustainable energy. Present across 10 countries in Central Eastern Europe our reach reflects our commitment to making a meaningful climate impact across the region.
But we’re more than just energy and infrastructure. With a diverse, multidisciplinary team representing over 30 nationalities, we value transparency, ownership, and continuous learning. We move fast, collaborate across disciplines, and celebrate wins, big and small, together.
At Enery, ESG isn’t a checkbox. It’s embedded into every decision we make, from project development and construction to long-term operations.
As a Data Engineer at Enery, you will be involved in building and scaling the data infrastructure that supports our renewable energy operations and business processes. Working as part of the DATA team, you design data pipelines, integrate diverse systems, and help turn raw operational data into meaningful insights and automated solutions.
You will have the chance to work with industry leading tools in a very exciting project, which will help enhance Enery on our data journey. Your impact will be recognized across multiple functions, and you will have the chance to grow both professionally and personally in the role.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organization, from operations and engineering to finance and management, to create reliable, scalable, and insightful data products. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a data-driven, sustainability-focused company and help shape the future of clean energy through intelligent systems and tools.

**Analysis & Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members to build sematic views in Snowflake to create AI powered chatbots used in Snowflake Intelligence.

- Collaborating with team members using Github, reviewing Merge Requests and providing guidance.
- Translating business needs into data solutions.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for data topics across teams
**Data Integration and Workflow Automation:**
- Manage and monitor data connection across platforms (Airflow, Snowflake) ensuring smooth data flows into reports and applications
- Identify and automate repetitive data workflows to increase reliability and efficiency
**Job Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a Data Engineer role
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, including structuring, cleaning, and storing data for analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages. (our preference is Python)
- Strong experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and managing data
- Experience working with LLMs or AI-based tooling
- Experience working with team collaboration tools, such as Jira and Github/Gitlab.
- Experience using infrastructure as code solutions, such as Terraform and OpenTofu. Previous experience of creating CI/CD pipelines would be an advantage.

- Experience working with a modern cloud data warehouse solution, such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)
