**Job Title: B2B Business Developer (Switzerland Market)**
**Focus:** Professional Services (Time & Material)
**Location:** Remote (Must have active Swiss network)
**About the Role**
We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Business Developer to drive sales for our professional services division. Unlike traditional consulting firms that try to place "bench" resources, we operate on a strictly demand-driven model. You will identify real client needs first, and we will source the perfect resource (freelancer or employee) to fulfill that specific demand.
**The Scope of Services Includes:**
- PMO & Project Management
- Business Analysis
- IT Professional Services
- Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Senior Consultants/Temporary Managers (Industry Agnostic)
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Generate Real Demand:** Your primary focus is uncovering active client needs within the Swiss market.
- **Sell the T&M Model:** promote our Time & Material services to B2B clients, focusing on agility and precise fit rather than pre-allocated talent.
- **Pipeline Management:** Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- **Client Engagement:** Leverage your existing network to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with decision-makers in Switzerland.
**Requirements**
- **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated success in selling professional services in a Time & Material model.
- **Swiss Market Access:** You must have direct, current access to active contacts within the Swiss market. "Generic networking" capabilities are not sufficient.
- **Hunter Mentality:** You are comfortable working without a "bench" to sell; you sell the solution/profile capability first.
- **Operational Alignment:** You understand and accept that we do not sell pre-allocated resources.
**The Selection Process (Mandatory)**
To be considered for an interview, candidates must be prepared to demonstrate their immediate value.
- **The "3-Lead" Challenge:** During the interview, you must present an **anonymous pipeline** consisting of at least **3 real, potential opportunities** in Switzerland.
- **Detail Required:** For each opportunity, you must describe the context, the specific client need, and the requested profile. (Do *not* reveal client names or contact details).
**Compensation & Quota (Non-Negotiable)**
We value transparency. Please only apply if you are explicitly aligned with the following economic model. **There is no room for negotiation regarding the fixed salary, quota, or sales model.**
- **Fixed Base Salary:** CHF 72,000 / year
- **Annual Revenue Quota:** CHF 740,000
- **Variable Commission:** 10% of Contribution Margin 1 (CM1)
- *Note: Variable compensation is calculated strictly on revenues exceeding the annual quota.*
